Sam Perna from SP Building Surveyors is simply the best. He is always available to talk, incredibly honest, genuinely caring, and consistently goes out of his way to help. Sam assisted with a new shop fit-out and, through his guidance, saved me around $10k (without exaggeration). His fees are very reasonable and clearly not his priority (helping clients is).
