Excellent service from Matt. He was prompt, professional, and the Building & Pest report was extremely thorough. From the first email, he was flexible with his availability and coordinated directly with the real estate agent, which made the process stress-free for us. The report was comprehensive and caught several maintenance items that allowed us to address them before settlement. We’ve already booked him for our pre-settlement re-inspection. Highly recommended!
We recently needed a build/pest inspection and got in contact with Matt. He replied promptly and came out to do report. There were issues that we thankfully avoided with the home thanks to him. We found another property a week later and Matt was great again at squeezing us in and getting us our new report which was amazing. We've signed contracts and now its fingers crossed.
