Joe is an fantastic building inspector! He has inspected three properties for us over the years and has consistently provided excellent reports and advice. We cancelled our most recent property purchase post Joe's inspection. Even though the transaction didn't go through it's still some of the best money we've ever spent as the defects Joe identified would likely have cost many tens of thousands of dollars to fix.
