Worth every penny! Site Inspections will roll up on time with multiple Site Inspectors, advanced equipment and take as long as they must until every square inch of the home is checked. Forget about the standard building inspectors who take an hour or so to pick up on a few things. If the standard inspector says he cannot get up onto the roof because of height restrictions, Site Inspections will pull out their drone. I have never seen building inspectors I have used in the past pull out a drone to check the roof if its too high, or check for spot fixing in tiled areas, or use a mirror to ensure doors are painted properly from above. Site Inspections won't leave anything unchecked. If you are present on the day bring a snack because you'll be there a while :) As stressful as purchasing or building a new home is, having Zeher show up is a complete relief knowing every problem will be picked up before it becomes a costly suprise to you later on! While Building Reports I have seen may range from 100 to 200 pages. Site Inspections sent me a report 579 pages long, complete with explanations of problems, with photos & videos, explaining potential problems, reglutory breaches, providing recommendations and references to the relevant building codes. Just like you see in his YouTube videos. Zeher and his team are thorough, knowledgeable AND most all, CARE!! They do not inspect and then leave you with a lengthy report that's hard to understand. Zeher will follow up with you promptly and explain everything to you, providing advice and offer assistance where he can if the matter call for it. He will be there throughout your process even after he attended your property. He will not abandon you. Site Inspections are more than just a service that inspects properties. Their mission is bigger than that. They are out to raise the current standards of the builds we are unfortunately starting to see more of today. It frustrates me that more and more builders will use up Australian land to build below standard properties just to make a quick buck. Such a waste of land, materials and buyers hard earned money. It is negatively impacting the property value and our investments- which no doubt we plan to pass down to our children one day. Site Inspections know of incompetent surveyors, builders and other relevant businesses out there. They will hold everyone accountable and report them to the relevant bodies and/or take it to media if they have to. Tell me what other company does this!?

When we decided to build our home, we already knew we wanted to hire Site Inspections and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. We mainly worked with Zeher, who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring our home was built properly and to plan. He was supported by two additional inspectors onsite and other team members who handled our bookings and quotes seamlessly. The whole team was organised, professional, and reassuring throughout. We did one inspection and another follow up reinspection during the handover stage of our build. Their attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind and genuinely prevented issues we would have been stuck with long after handover. They picked up things we never would have noticed ourselves, including several items our site manager downplayed or didn’t disclose. Their reports were clear, detailed, and backed by standards and tolerances, which made builder conversations far easier. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and always answered our questions. You could tell they truly cared about the outcome. Building a home can be stressful, but having Site Inspections on our side made the process feel far more manageable. They’re honest, reliable, and incredibly thorough. Zeher did my PCI inspection last week and I seriously can't recommend his services enough. This was the most thorough inspection I've ever had - the report was super clear with tons of photos. I used a different inspector for my previous stages and I can honestly say Site Inspections is way better. The difference is night and day. What really got me was how my builder actually took Zeher's report seriously. They pretty much ignored the previous inspection reports, but with Zeher's reputation and the massive following he's got, I could see the builder was paying real attention this time. Also, if you meet Zeher in person, he's genuinely one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He gave me heaps of tips and really educated me on so many things I had no idea about. Here's my advice: If you want a good house build, get an independent inspector - it's a must. Do NOT trust the inspector your builder picks. If you're serious about quality, don't cheap out on the inspection. The money you spend with Site Inspections will come back to you big time - you'll get a proper compliant home without defects and all the headaches that come later. Best money I spent on the whole house!
