Jacs Built and their inspector, Corey, were fantastic. Despite his tight schedule, Corey squeezed me in and immediately identified all the issues in the house, from cracks to drainage and mold sources. He’s honest, professional, and very thorough. The admin team, especially Adam, was genuinely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend, definitely will hire again!
We wanted to install a boundary fence along our neighbour’s side and the front boundary near council land. We were unsure about the correct location and the approval process, so we engaged Corey from Jacs. He made everything simple and straightforward, clearly explaining each step and even organising service location checks for power and gas, something we wouldn’t have known to do ourselves. The project management fee was well worth it and actually saved us money throughout the construction process. Highly recommend Jacs for anyone wanting clear guidance and professional support.

Corey from JACS Built was outstanding during the handover inspection of my new apartment in West Melbourne. His expertise and attention to detail helped uncover several defects that would have otherwise been overlooked (even the walls being just a mill or two out). The inspection report was clear, professional, and gave me the confidence to push for the necessary rectifications with the builder as a first home buyer and female with no real idea. Many of the defects were small and hard to pick up in photos but I’ve added the more obvious ones which helped me to follow-up with the builder.
