We recently worked with Watershed Building Consultants to build our pergola. The whole process was so easy start to finish. Both inspectors (John and Luke) that attended different stages were both friendly and helpful and each time they came out within a couple of days of us requesting. Overall the company were friendly, efficient and we wouldn't hesitate in using them again!

I am owner builder when I applied the building permit with watershed. Something I am not 100% sure because I am not real builder. The team did give me a very details explanation and patience, like how to calculate setback with building high. Much appreciated Daniel for his kindly and patience hard work.
