Mateen was very easy to deal with and came highly recommended from another building inspector who was unable to take our booking on such short notice. Mateen was able to inspect our property the very next day and his report was comprehensive with many photos documenting any points of discussion. Since settlement we have not found any discrepancies from our report and we would happily engage them again. Best pre-purchase building inspectors.
We organized our building inspection with Altez Inspections. I was referred this company by a family friend who had a very positive experience in past. Roquelle was very helpful and gave all information needed prior to booking the inspection. I was kept informed via email regarding my booking. The report didnt take long once inspection was completed. The report was easy to understand good details and photos and I liked the recommendations at the end and summary. Thanks for the great job. Also the inspection fees are very reasonable.
Abu was very thorough knowledgable and fair in his report. The team were able to quickly book me in for next day inspection and the report came through my email a few hours after. Amazing! The building and pest inspection included termite inspections and mould inspection moisture testing which was super helpful.
