The team were very knowledgeable, prompt in responding and set my expectations at the beginning. I was very happy with the level of customer service I received from the person answering the phone to the certifier working on the job. Everyone was helpful and honest. The turnaround time from application to finalizing the OC was exceptional and I would highly recommend the team. Look forward to using Waratah Certifiers again.
Amazing people. Ahmed leading a group of people who really like to help others in difficult situation. My home builder had put my family and I into a dire situation.
