It's not an easy process to navigate the maze of the NSW planing portal and the amount of information required. But with Rhys's experience and with great support knowledge from his admin team of Sharon and Beth who are very patient and there to support any queries. We were able to get everything ticked off and finally approved. If you need a private certifier, we highly recommend using their services.
