It’s easy to make a will with the Public Trustee and it’s legal and binding and there is no cost which for a Pensioner is great. Before your appointment it’s a good idea to know what you are going to put in your will and have all the names addresses and contact details for the people who will be inheriting. They are nice to deal with and it’s private.
