As a resident in the building, I’ve been very impressed with the way The Core Group manage the property. It’s a large and complex building with multiple lifts and car park access points, yet it’s always clean, well maintained, and clearly well run. Communication from management is excellent — owners and residents are kept informed whenever something is happening in the building. Any issues are dealt with promptly, and the staff are consistently friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. It’s reassuring to know the building is being properly looked after. The Core Group have done a great job and I’d happily recommend them as building managers.
Working with Lachlan from the Core Group, I can absolutely tell you they are on the ball. They are extremely professional, very responsive and you can tell they care about the work they do by going the extra mile. I was even able to contact Lachlan on a weekend about an issue I had on a job!!
