Zoran Todorovic was our building manager and he has been just fantastic. I’ve seen quite a few building managers over many years and there are only two of them that I truely think are good - Zoran is one of them. Zoran has been always very kind, responsible and informative. Ever since he became the building manager, I could see that the complex became better - while he was around, sick plants that had been there for long were taken care of, chairs and things were added to the swimming pool area, there were a few times the gate to parking was broken but he took reasonable action and made sure safety and security was well maintained, and surely there are things I’m not aware of. He also always keep everyone involved in the loop so we were aware of what was going on/was about to happen. I am truely grateful for his dedication to his duties, sense of responsibility and all the fantastic work.
Zoran is the best building manager I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He did not have an easy job managing our building in Alexandria but Zoran always made every interaction as efficient and pleasant as possible. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us!

Zoran was my building manager for 1.5 yrs before I moved. He was communicative, attentive and always had a positive attitude, which is a sentiment to his work ethic in a constantly fluctuating and demanding environment. Every request was attended to promptly, every issue was followed up, and he consistently went the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. For example, he was extremely helpful during my move by accommodating accessibility to a trolley on numerous occasions and liaising with cleaners to access to my unit when I was unable to leave work. Thank you so much Zoran. If I could give 6 stars I would.
