Sam and Chris were very thorough with their assessment and also easy to communicate with. They always returned calls and emails promptly. Being an owner builder, I was not familiar with the process and Sam clearly and patiently explained it to me. All inspections were done with required detail. They are also provided advice and and give good suggestions along the way. Moreover, they are not pedantic as some other certifiers I have come across.
I found Sam, Chris & the team at Silver Certifiers, very professional and reliable. Their communication is excellent, nothing was too difficult and they were always available for questions. The whole process was seamless and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.
