We appointed Miro and Lilly as the Certifier for our double story house at Box Hill, NSW. Miro & Lilly explained each step of the house construction process. Our Construction Certificate (CC) was obtained in about 24 hours from the application time. Miro and Lilly were very efficient and proactive in their approach. They have excellent knowledge of the legislation and work efficiently with a quick turnaround. They showed extreme support with practical solutions during our construction journey. I have been dealing with Lilly and Miro from PBC for a few months now and they are both professional, nice and helpful. I was tossing up between a few certifiers and I am really happy I chose them in the end. I had a good feeling and I listened to my gut. Miro has attended inspections within 2 days of phoning him, which has ensured our build isn't delayed. He always takes our calls or calls us back the same day and replies to our emails pretty quick. Lilly has so much time for her customers explaining the certifying process and she does it with a lovely, kind voice. They have both helped us a lot and highly recommend :)
