It is my pleasure to present yet another 5 star review of Penrith Council. Residents of this council are most fortunate as the standard of service provided is exceptional. On this occasion, I wish to thank Penrith Council for the 'Bulky Waste' collection carried out yesterday. The collection crew were on time, quiet and professional, removing all items without leaving a trace. Excellent service all round.
For all of their expensive rates, I can't complain about their customer service / front professional team. They've been patient and helpful and understanding every time. Also, whenever there's a snap send solve issue like dumped rubbish or trolley that I put through, it's actioned quickly. If I've ever needed a bin replaced, actioned quickly. I'm thankful because it all runs smoothly and efficiently. But I will complain about excessive rates and fees in this economy, always.
