We were in the middle of settling our house when we were alerted that we needed our spa and decking approved by the local council. Amongst a massive amount of stress and panic, Rita and the team were so helpful in assisting us have both approved with ease. Communication was excellent and the plans submitted to the council were so professional and detailed. After our first experience we decided to use the team for our patio and shed approval at our new place too - everything has been approved without fuss - thank you 1000 times over for helping us in our time of need!

Amazing company to deal with! Charged me less than HALF what i was quoted elsewhere, plus provided the drawings for my patio application within 48 hours, plus made changes when i requested them, plus saved me some money on requesting building plans from council by using their own satellite imagery. My patio supplier said the drawings are high quality and professional and include more detail than they are used to, and plan to use them themselves for future jobs. My application is still pending with council but i don't foresee any problems, and if there are problems, then these guys have promised to make yet more amendments for free. Honestly I'm shocked at how much value they are providing for such a small fee. I wish them all the best and hope they get heaps of business and grow.

After trying to find out that i required a retrospective approval for my patio. Patio and Shed Approvals came to the rescue. I reached out to multiple companies and Patio and Shed Approvals pricing came in relatively reasonable then what other companies had quoted. The no fuss attitude from Savana and her team was a breath of fresh air. From the initial contact to the drawings and the approval stage was so simplified. The only thing would be is to make sure once the drawings are done just to make sure the street names and everything matches up but that's just the minor details which could make or break and approval as Shires can be a pain to deal with
