I engaged Paragon Certifiers and the team for an extension through CDC process. The team were very professional, helpful and extremely patient during the entire process which unfortunately took longer than usual due to the complexities involved. They were always available to answer any queries I or Architect or Structural Engineer had in the entire process of construction.. They were always available for inspections at a short notice and explained the Council requirements very clearly to us. They made the process extremely seamless and smooth. I highly recommend Paragon Certifiers to any owner builder or project managers for their CDC approval.
