I contacted Lachlan from M3 Surveys to complete a survey on the offset from the street for a new awning at the front of my property. Lachlan was lovely to deal with, and helped me get my survey quickly and easily. Would highly recommend.
Lachlan did an identification (boundary) survey for us when we bought our first house. He answered the phone himself when I called and he was really generous with his time and patient with my questions. He went out of his way to get our survey done before the unconditional date for our contract (I hadn't known how far in advance we needed to book). After he did the survey he rang and explained all the findings, and then also emailed a summary with the survey. The agreement and quote were all done via email and payment was online, so it was all really easy.
We had a fabulous experience with this surveying company. Lachlan was extremely thorough and professional in his services. He also went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely use M3 surveys again for our next survey.
