If I could give 6 stars I would, Ripp was fantastic from the start to the end, guided me through the process from start to finish and made the process way more easier then dealing with local council. Extremely professional about all aspects of the certification process, and explained the technical things to make them understandable, nothing was ever a hassle with Ripp and would highly recommend you give Modern Certification a call. Outstanding service and a way better option, fast responses and a better service then you will get from a local council. 6 STARS EASILY!!!
