Sam was the most professional certifier to deal with. He can be a bit strict and specific with some things, but it is guaranteed that he doesnt compromise on engineering standards and legal requirements. The ongoing support and recommendations that we got before, during, and after construction kept everything on track. These people know the legal ins and outs. Their on-site experience is unmatchable. I cant thank them enough.
