Nigel Scott was surprisingly handsome and doesn't miss a thing , whether it’s rising damp or my rising standards after meeting him. Professional, punctual, and with an eye sharper than a laser level, he turned a standard building inspection into something unforgettable. He swept through the property with confidence, pointing out defects I didn’t even know existed (in the walls and in my life choices). And when he explained structural integrity, I swear my knees buckled a little. Nigel not only raised concerns but raised something else ;) 10/10
