I was referred to ARKI after hitting wall after wall with other surveyors and was at my absolute wits end trying to obtain a building permit for a client to remove a structural wall in their apartment. From my first interaction with the lovely Maria at reception who not only guided me as to how we could look to proceed with an application but also escalated this on my behalf after kindly listening to how horrific my experience had been to date. From there I was assisted by Steve (Office Manager) and then most recently by the amazing Antonio and Duro, all who have been simply delightful. Answering my questions (of which there were many), helping me to understand the requirements and working with me to get everything submitted. So many building surveyors speak 'surveyor' and are unwilling to explain things to your every day consumer but I never had this issue with ARKI. We are now only days away for being issued a permit that has been months in the making and it is solely due to the support I received from the team at ARKI. I wish I had known of ARKI right from the beginning because it would've saved me a lot of stress and time battling other organisations who were so unhelpful.
