As a first time developing 3 units and dealing with Building Surveyors, I was a bit frustrated with the process and didn't really understand how the system works. However, now that the project is completed, I can easily see that the surveyors did all these revisions and extras in my favour, ensuring the Builder is following all the standards as well as the Structural and Fire Engineering consultants. At the time of revisions these costs heat me hard but they were necessary looking in hainside. I would recommend the Krneta team for your next project but if you are a newby as I am, always make allowances for the extra costs to do revisions on the drawings prepared by your architect as the Building Surveyors are very pedantic in what they do in order to ensure your development is 100% safe and sound.
