We have been using the services of BCG for over 4 years. As a female in the building industry I really appreciate that the male certifiers at BCG treat me with respect (this has not always been the case with other companies we have dealt with). I also really like that once we finish building a job the inspection is carried out within a week and I have the Form 21 which I can issue to our customers. When I am quoting a job BCG often provide me with advice, free of charge, which allows me to accurately price the job and also ensure there are no unexpected hurdles if we win the job. Finally, I also really like that this company doesn't bend the rules and I have confidence that our buildings meet both council and industry regulations.
