I cannot recommend Emerald Building Services highly enough. To say we are pleased with our garage, deck rebuild and pool refurbishment would be an understatement. We love it. From the very start of the process to the hand over, Tim and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. All the trades did a fantastic job and Tim and Marc kept us informed about everything along the way. They came up with some fantastic suggestions when we wanted to add extra things to the build, and nothing was too much trouble. They expertly worked around existing structures for a seamless finish. The trades were all friendly, polite and left the site clean and tidy each day. The quality of workmanship is second to none and Emerald Builders will be the first call when we want to do further renovations.
Emerald have been one of the most professional, creative and client focussed builders I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Armed with a recommendation from a neighbour, I engaged Tim and his team to lead me through the most cost effective way to design and enable our renovation. Once Emerald started the renovation, the entire building process was well managed. The time spent at the beginning, prior to construction, ensured we received what we wanted and on-time! (Thanks Tim!) The quality of Emerald's renovation on our house meant we had a home that was ours, but better, (delivering on Emerald's tag line!) We start on stage 2 shortly! Side note, Kelly does a great job with the paperwork and it was easy to follow throughout the process.
We had some ideas about extending our outdoor space but we were unsure of what we could do. The guys from Emerald Building came up with some suggestions and we have really enjoyed the outcome. The guys are super knowledgeable and extremely professional in their craft. Every piece of the structure was constructed with expertise and is without fault.
