I recently used iSPECT for a building and pest inspection and had a very positive experience. The booking process was straightforward and communication was prompt and professional. The inspector was very thorough and the report was detailed, clearly outlining both major and minor issues with helpful photos and explanations. It gave us a much better understanding of the property condition and helped us make an informed decision. Overall, the service was efficient, professional, and reliable. I would definitely recommend iSPECT to anyone looking for a comprehensive building and pest inspection.
We have worked with Troy on two projects and on both occasions he has been a pleasure to work with. His communication/emails are highly informative and he responds in a timely manner. Even with inspections, he would come out practically within 24 hours of us emailing for an inspection appointment.
