We found East Coast Building Consultants to be easy to deal with, professional, responsive and supportive when it came to building our house and getting final Council approval to move in. Half expecting that final step might be difficult, we were pleasantly surprised to learn ECBC's sign-off was accepted by Ballina Council without a glitch. I used ECBC to conduct a pre purchase building inspection. The job was time critical as another potential buyer was snapping at my heels, and the loan process was on hold as the bank required this inspection to proceed. ECBC did it very promptly (the next day) and were very helpful with identifying issues… as it turned out, the issues were very small.

East Coast Building Consultants were an absolute delight to work with. The service was thorough, efficient and honest. It was so good to work with someone who is not trying to rip you off or waste your money. I will definitely be using them again when needed. I have worked with plenty of people that are more interested in making money for themselves then helping the customer achieve what they need to in the most efficient and cost effective manner. These guy's achieve this hands down which is why I would not hesitate in recommending them.
