Nick's attention to detail is absolutely pristine. He goes through your quote and contract and ensures you get everything the builders are meant to provide. Our Bushfire rating was different from the same suburb zone and site supervisor must not have taken that into account in turn our garage door and main door didn't have the protection around it. Nick spotted that and included that in the report during PCI. Same day report after payment. You can't go wrong with these guys. Found several other small and big faults that the builder's inspector missed. He's also went into the roof and noted the insulation material was moved by trades. Love his work and Christine's work in the office. Awesome team.
