I have engaged with A1 Certifier to obtain Building Certifications to alter an existing building (e.g. legal height garage conversion to living area, new carport & decking) as well as building a new granny flat on possible subdivision land (2nd lot) in Redlands. The team especially Michael and Jayden, is very competent in advising me of what changes needed from our original design and type of documents we need to submit so the building process and inspection go smoothly. A1 Certifier is highly recommended!
